I lead structural revenue resets across the entire revenue cycle — aligning Buyer Experience and Customer Experience to customer economics, repositioning products, installing disciplined GTM systems, and creating new revenue streams that improve predictability, retention, and enterprise value.

I engage as an embedded executive — full-time or part-time contract— during revenue inflection points where performance must reset and scale.

I quickly diagnose where the commercial engine has drifted from buyer behavior, capital efficiency, or execution discipline, then align people, process, and technology simultaneously to restore control across the entire revenue cycle — from Buyer Experience through Customer Experience.

I operate inside the business, not alongside it. I make decisions, implement changes, and hold teams accountable until measurable results are achieved.
